2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is not broken, damaged, or used.
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and invoices are intact and included.

Please note that products showing signs of damage, use, or alteration after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Go to your Order Page on our website.
  2. Click on “Contact Us” or the Return/Exchange Request option.
  3. Provide your order details and the reason for return or exchange.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received by us, we will inspect it.
  • If the return meets our policy conditions, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

Please note: Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or replacement, we will process the exchange after verifying the returned item’s condition.
If the requested product is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, such as:

  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Customized or made-to-order items

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through your order page.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost after verification.
